i just witnessed the npc server go up, then down again literally about 30 seconds later...oh its back again...there it goes again...its back...nope...gone again, i think its time something is done? i know theres been alotta threads about this, but i mean...shout and kill showing has GOT to go.

yah i just spent 19 bucks for a 3 month membership and i can't even play. blargh!!!!!

now guys, i dont wanna start a hate thread here with people asking for their money back and crap...2k2 has potential to be such an awesome server, it just needs to have this problem fixed...and i think its time it gets done.
