I suppose I'll finally put in all of what I'd like to say, rather than the pieces that I have said.
Management: Storm is actually not has bad as it may seem. At any one moment, there may be infinite issues to solve at any one time, perhaps being a newb logging on for the first time, and not knowing what graal even is, and harassing the first person who appears to be staff. The arrows and bombs did need to be rescripted, unless we didn't want to have them, since gmap is where graal is headed. Also, for a classic feel, I do agree few tweaks needed to be maded, aka the movement system. Don't get me wrong, the movement system is still bugged, but on most servers (especially classic ones) things spend months in dev before being released to make sure they're good. Storm didn't have that sort of time, and had to make due with what he could do. I do agree that SOMETHING should have been added by now, yes. I've applied for LAT to help remedy this problem. Although I have limited GScript 2 knowledge, I'm sure my abilities with GScript 1 can assist classic in some way.

GC Administration:
I rate the overall quality of the GC Administration at 0/10. They are not doing what they need to get done, which is provide entertainment for players at climax numbers. They allow members of the team to strike, as if they're essential and 30 other players aren't willing to take their job for them

LAT Administration: This is just horrible. The Scripters, Levelers, and Graphics people seem to do nothing. If they are, I've yet to see it. The LAT Admin is truly inactive, and gave me a scripting application a few days ago. I've yet to see anything from him about my submission, this was 5 or so days ago. Perhaps on the weekend he'll get an hour in?

GP Administration: The GPs are doing great, 10/10
FAQ Administration: Abolish them, FAQs are not needed nor do I ever see them on.

Suggested Reforms:
Hire new LAT and GC admins. Add a zero tolerance policy. If anyone wants to pull this emo strike bull****, they don't need a job that other graalians would GLADLY fill. Add another dev server where things can be worked on peacefully, if not even by actual staff members. Graal has always been a playermade game, but the way classic is going, it won't be. All things on the player dev could be reviewed by certain staff members, while actual LATs work on stuff for classic, or prepare things.

But anyway, that's just what I think.

Kevin a few days ago you were going on about how bad a shape Classic is in, and then suddenly after you submitted your application you've been all smiles. Stop sucking up, it looks bad.

Yes they needed to be rescripted. Did movement and hit detection need to be? No. He could have gone about it a different way, I even suggested how.

As for rating the staff devisions, I agree with you, FAQ should be scaled back, GC needs to be reworked, LAT... well it needs some serious help. GP is running smooth, they opened hiring last week I think.

Storm hasn't been doing a great job, not even a good job. He has yet to answer many of my questions, he just goes in circles about V3 / V4.

I'm not maximus. I've only ever hated the lack of things, plus the occasional complaint about the hit detection, ask storm the other day, me and him were pking and I was *****ing about it the whole time, even though he already knew I had applied.

You were so anti - hit detection, movement, & storm you started making another Classic on Kalypso. Once you submitted your application that changed.

I know it did. But that's also because I played the role of manager. And I maybe a little less anti everything. But I'd still say I'm of the anti classic nature.

Hm. My look on this situation is:

Master Storm is doing a fine job at being Manager of Classic Graal.

Though, all the players know that Classic Graal has been through a major playercount struggle, whether it's going down or up. Most players blame Master Storm for releasing the NPC Server conversion earlier without most of Classic Graal being converted. With all honesty, Master Storm had no choice. It was either release the NPC Server allowing the option of Classic Graal to be converted further throughout the future or having Classic Graal be shutdown to the development stage of playerworlds. In my opinion, I'm glad Master Storm chose the option of allowing Classic Graal to be released without the playerworld being fully converted. Classic Graal is what first started GraalOnline in general. So for all you players slanding the good name of Classic Graal, I pity you. It's quite sad how you think, "Classic Graal is not the same, because most of the playerworld is missing and the NPC Server." That is not true. Most of the players are complaining because everyone else is slandering the playerworld. How do you expect Classic Graal to be the "Classic Graal" we all loved if you continue such behavior? I'm sure Classic Graal is working hard on the completion. Just give the complaints a rest and be patient. Classic Graal will return as long as you keep the same community as it always has been.

I realize now that I cannot do anything to stop Storm from ruining the server. If it survives until V4, yay, maybe you'll see a quest or two. If not, well, I'll have the last laugh. As for me, I am going to try and quit Classic as of now. I am not sure if I'll play any other server as I've barely stepped one foot off Classic since I started. Thats how annoyed I am. I'm quiting the only server I've played. Storm is probably smiling, his job is safe, nobody else will dare raise their voice against him. I'll log on at the end of June. We'll see how far the server has progressed. Now I say good day.

Let's see. We remained "patient" throughout all the years when the NPC Server was promised to be released on several occasions, and when it wasn't released.

It may return relatively to what it once was. But how long will that take? And when/if that time does come, how many of Classics players still be around? Who will want to return?
