And really stop talking like it's easy to gain that amount of kills, since we don't all got a fancy MP5 or Bar to lame the **** out of people, like you guys do, if we did then yes it would be something easy to do.

Plus when you're from outside the US you can't even pk with someone without having your screen freezing up every time you fire a ****ing bullet.

In my opinion, (not that anyone cares since I'm just a nobody who once enjoyed playing this game) just change back the old hp system so that players without a fantastic gun that shoots eighty bullets per second can have the same amount of health as someone who does have a fantastic gun. Or just make all those fantastic guns available to everyone by selling them for a reasonable price at a pawn shop.

Stop looking at this like you have to get 140HP. The HP system changed, 140HP isn't the standard anymore -- everyone is in the same boat you are in.

Not really, not since Chris decided to release 20 great guns.

This is my problem there used to be only 5-6 people with a great gun, now there's dozens.

So not everyone is in the same boat as me. That's why i think he should add all guns to a pawn shop for reasonable prices.
So that players who are in the same boat as me can afford a great gun as well.

Well, I was talking about HP, not guns (see: thread title). The HP system has nothing to do with everyone having better weapons than you. If Chris makes it easier for you to get 140HP, it's going to be easier for the people with lame guns to get 140HP, too.

Don't hate the HP system because you lack pking skills. I am the best pker in the game and I only use the golden uzi.

All I'm trying to do is make a point, just by saying is that someone with a MP5 can get to 140 HP way faster than me with my Uzi.

You do understand that a MP5 owns a Uzi any day, not to mention the horrible lag you get when you're living outside the USA.

Yes now your responds will be: "Then why don't you quit"

And my answer to that is: "I simply believe that Era can get better, so for that reason i won't quit."


And to Chris: You are not such a horrible manager (got a little mad, and yes over a game).
I guess you are more a horrible Events hoster.

And? People with better guns are always going to have an advantage...changing the HP system back to how it was (like you suggested) won't fix that.

I'd also like to add that having a better gun doesn't even mean you'll get more kills. You're not taking into account a lot of things like skill or playing time. The more you play the more kills you will get, the more money you'll make, the better guns you will get, so on, and so forth -- that's how games like this work. A person with an uzi can get more kills than someone with an MP5 by simply pking more often.

True, but if you were to spent the same amount of time farming kills, you would get more with a MP5 than with an Uzi.

And i used to never have a problem with a few good guns, but now there is dozens of good guns all over one million ED. But now my problem is that there's too much of them, there's just no way for me with an Uzi and a horrible lag to farm kills from people with those guns. They are just to overpowered. Now even with that i could live, but now they can take more hits than me as well.

That is where my problem lays. =/

And that advantage is widened by this new HP system. But nevermind that, Era only caters to the top tier anyway.

To be perfectly frank, it is never about the gun you have. It is always about the number of times you can manage to hit the person without being hit, yourself. Put a gun that does 5 damage into the hands of someone like Sales or Wil Soul, pit them against a person with a gun that does 30 damage and has "lame" spread, and I'd make a serious bet that Sales/Wil would win simply because they are capable of getting more hits in consecutively than someone who feels they need to rely on a "lame gun" to win.

That said, it IS all about the HP, which brings us all back to basically what Sales has been saying.

If you're outside the US you have a lag advantage, I don't know what you mean by screen freezing up, doesn't happen to me.

Tips for getting kills:
1. Play ULMS and Roof PK. (Tons of kills here)
2. Make a party and raid/defend EM base. (Mostly noobs raid here, easy kills)
3. Join a gang and actually raid/defend.
4. Don't try to fight people with MP5s and BARs (15 people out of 3000?).
5. Get more skill.

You should be able to get 6000 kills in about 3 months if you play for a few hours a day and actually try.
An AK is decent enough to stand up against most guns. I used an AK for a few months until I bought my M4 and I didn't really have trouble against people with TGs, DRs, Sten. The only things that messed me up were Shipka and MP5, so I learnt to avoid them.
