It's extremely difficult to have been "At the front" of this thing when the arguments and the kind leading up to today's events were well underway while I was sleeping. By the time I had got on RC this morning, the argument had reached a point where it didn't matter WHAT I said, they were all hell bent on yelling at each other and acting like children. Err even it's the owners/admin fault or whatever for being rude/ignorant/childish i don't think a PWA should really try and implement such force like putting someone on probation w/o consent of stefan/unixmad remember even thought people tend to argue about stupid stuff... Higher personals should step in, it's what happen in the past and i don't think it should change now... There's they says

If no one wanted houndin man doing developements in the first place contact stefan and let him know the issue don't go making arguments which has lead you to what has happen today.. Yes PWA has rights to give you a warning..ect but to put something in full effect needs to be decided by stefan...

I just hope he can do a better job than last time. From a players point of view I saw absolutely Nothing being done during his last term.
But if it's him who's going to be manager I wish him luck and hope he does a good job.
I just want to see this reset start happening during my lifetime.

Just clearing this point up: I'm not the focus of the topic as a whole, and won't be viewed as "Era's Manager" in any way. I want to appoint a manager and GTFO, but with the way the team has been left in tatters as it is now, it's not that simple and I realise that.

Well as i can see the only player that actually answers questions for other Playerworlds is infact TSA... I don't mind if there should be a vote poll... But era needs to have a change of staffs badly Yes Frankie was a good member of the team but the rest has been pretty uptight am guessing fake pixel guns make you bad..

Anyways before anyone decides on era's fate make sure it's a good manager and not someone who has a bunch of staffs walking all over him/her..

And regardless what has happened Houndin should not even try to make himself temp manager...

WTF direct all staff questions..ect to Houndin erm no guy....your not someone graal would turn to... Before yea but not anymore....

There really aren't any other administrators on Era fit to take the part. Unless a scripter or someone is to take the role of manager (or some other staff, but a scripter seems most likely), then my guess is that the PWA will have to manage Era for a while.

I am only on a leave of absence Frankie, you might say my resignation was altered a bit. I've had an emergency disaster with work and told TSA today that I would get back as quickly as I can. Neither TSA nor Houdini can manage Era for more than a short period of time but it sounds to me like things have escalated even worse than I expected. I feel history repeating itself yet again on Era.

Well alot of us are still waiting to see what houndin has to say.....But by one little note u made there when you say HM make a remark to you saying players wanted to remove you and Icarus and make him owner.. isn't the players choice... Infact it's not even houndin choice... If this is true seems like since day one he wanted to try and take over...

This has happened already on Graal and should be directed to Stefan...

When Nemesis could not have his way on Graal he abused his rights... So before another repeat tends to happen someone needs to resolve this... Stefan lack the last time he was warned and when he came on the next day he found out a few players worlds was deleted...

Am not saying this is intended by HM but if you can push around your power on a simple server you may do it to everyone else..

If houndin seems to be the problem of the entire issue bell just because like any other players someone who harassed someone ...ect get's banned...ect

Why not stop HM from logging onto era.?

Yes he's a PWA but what frankie says seems to be very much like harassment.

Why would a PWA log on rc to a certain server everyday when he/she was not hired.... Yes it's a playerworld he likes but can't he play as a regular player?

This is really confusing to how Graal has become a PowerTrip now..
