took 4 months but this should be a nice addition.

staff can mass without penalty.
people don't have to deal with offtag masses from staff.

win win.

I've uploaded the new server to all machines but will not restart classic / gold servers all at once.

Can you make it so that you don't get the masses that staff make off-tag when you're on RC too? It doesn't seem to matter if they're on tag or not when you're on RC and have masses ignored.
