People on graal automatically assume that anything on GK that they can use to their advantage to boost something of value to them, they can use legitimately because "it's there." I don't think people should be punished individually for using the potion of life thing, I do think it was a bad way to get plat, but it WAS in fact there, but people DID take advantage of it, and there's no surefire way to pinpoint all of the platinum coins released. It could be classified as bug abuse if the recipe was not to be that easy to make or even on the server, yeah, that's fair. I still don't think people should have used it though and kept it to themsevles to claim Platinum Powahz.

Jagen when you said 24 hours try 24 minutes x.x All most people do on graal is try to cheat their way to the top. I do NOT mean everyone, a good portion of you are all very fair

That recipe didnt exist, and it should be easy understandable that making so much money in so less time is at least a glitch, and abusing bugs or glitches is not allowed. Playing unfairly is against the rules too.
If someone accidently did that alchemy thing or just wanted to test it for fun then it's probably ok (after giving back the money made), the other people should cooperate and help destroying the money they made with that bug/glitch.

I really disapprove of the fact of me being the one that tested to see if it really worked consecutively, and I reported the bug, yet you BANNED me? Kind of harsh, don't you think?

What are the odds of getting someone to make new alchemy recipes and take out the old ones?

I'm sure some people would be willing to do it for free if given a list of items that could be created using alchemy. (DX, I'd do it if asked, anU could do it, etc, there are several people: Debug staff.)

I didn't ban you, I only played a little bit with my RC. I was little bit annoyed by people like HolyBlade_Owner who made 140 potions of life at once and such things x-x If someone knows such glitch then he should keep it secret and use it for fun, and report it then, instead of abusing it and telling everyone and so destroying the fun for the other people. Finding all the money made with that glitch probably takes more time than scripting & drawing 3 new monsters.

Some staff started to work on that, never seen results though :/
The recipes could be remade using existing items as ingredients and existing monster types, then I could change some numbers (so that the recipe-maker can't abuse it) and then replace the old recipes.

Well then who banned me? I was banned for "abusing a bug" when you PMed me asking me where the money I had off of the potions was.

Everything is connected. If you have easy money, you can get easy exp. If you can get easy exp, you can get easy money. It works either way.

As you said, cheap scrolls will give you exp. However, it's not just that. Someone can buy tons of books and read those.

If you don't realize how the problems are connected, look at it in a magnified way. Let's say I found a way to get billions of platinum coins in 10 minutes. With this money, I could buy all the best items in the game. I could buy plenty of diamonds, a prepare weapon, IWD's, to end up doing hundreds of hitpoints worth of damage per hit. I can buy maps to fight the most powerfull monsters in the game while using the best equiptment. Since I'm killing these guys in 1 hit, I can level up quickly. I'd be the top ranking player in no time. This is also why alchemy items would not only have to be removed if creation will always be gone, but the server would have to be also reset. The people with alchemy items could level up easier.

Now let's say I found a way to get easy exp. This way is harder than the last, but it still works nontheless. If I can get more exp than anyone on the server with some bug in 10 minutes, I can use my current decent/cheap weapons/spells to kill monsters in dungeons/treasure maps to make money from the drops. For one, I'd have plenty of HP. Money would be easier to make.
