That is false, please dont make such blunt statements when you are basing the accusation on partial evidence rather than facts.
You've tried to get angry at me before for the same reason, and I defending my position--I guess you never bothered to read the replies in those threads? Well please try to read my reply this time. Along with any other who may be confused.
Only 3 branches are based on base level at ALL: Military, Magi, Economic. The level requirements are only minimum level requirements before the promotion can be considered. How is that any different then this?-->

It should make sense, even from a roleplaying perspective, that higher ranking combat ranks would be reserved for more skilled individuals, rather than being a "Knight" and being killed in 1-3 hits. Zormite's system doesnt guarantee promotion after reaching a certain level, it just means they now have the opportunity.
True, maybe the Economic ranks should not follow such a system anymore, but those 3 branches have evolved from the original system which was used in the beginnings of the GK server. Rather than entirely reforming the structure and government of Zormite, I chose to maintain some stability and add to our former system, adapting to changes in the server, but at the same time making completely new additions with more liberal foundations.
The Naval branch is based soley on merrit, with no regard to base level.
There is also an array of permanent RP titles you can choose from which do not offer any sort of promotion.
The leadership positions also dont require any sort of base level to hold power.
