There are 3 things you could do if you are really adamant about leaving the Forum Community:

-Delete your forum info.
-Don't log on.
-You could even put *forums.graalonline* in your browsers "Disallow list" if you don't trust yourself, though you can remove it at any time.

Deleting his forum account will stop him from posting, which he already doesn't post that often, but it won't mean he can't browse the forum which is just as bad I guess if you're trying to completely isolate yourself from anything Graal related.
