The best way to own a modern server is to shut it down ASAP.

But, if you get the tileset, (if you want custom bodies) if you get custom bodies (BEFORE MAKING THE DAMN GANIS), and have your NPCs taken care of, as in active scripters, levelers, ganiers, sound makers (it's a good idea, though almost no one will apply to this position), and GFXers, then you're fine.
Otherwise, like Graalopolis, I had to shut it down and start with Nico and Esteria because no one ever went on

I never owned NP, I was the assistant manager, and the player count during that time was the highest it's been in about 4 years.

Ok well

I have been offered several tilesets from servers that didn't make it, so I am currently taking those and making levels with them to see which one comes out the best. If none comes out the best, I know a couple of people who do graphics who quit Graal but said they would come back to help me with this project.

As far as scripting goes, I know a possible 3 people who are interested in helping out.

I'm sure for now, since the primary focus will be systems and the likes, me doing levels by myself will be fine. I can crank out a good number a day and whoever wanted to apply wouldn't hurt as long as they had some skill.

I'm going to possibly develop this in my spare time as I help Tig with Ol' West. If the people who want to help are serious then I will put some effort into it, and we'll see where it goes.
