Everyone has a Pen, people can buy a book...
a book can hold 100 sigs...
When the Pen is used on a player with a Book, it adds to the next empty Page the head image and account name.
When the player fires the book it shows

i would like it if you could put images in there along with your account name... but people would probably sign fake names like PACHUKA and stuff, it may take a few new commands in the game... anyways it would be fun, but i dont like the idea of an event with it.

That was my original idea. And then it could be read by using a voice command.

Hmm sounds interesting.. of course, the strings the autographs are stored in would be client strings right? It sounds fun if there was a reason to get autographs.. Like what is the point in saying "I GOT <name>'S AUTOGRAPH!!" when no one else can see your book.

I made a book graphic not long ago (it's a book with pages that turn like a graphic interface not a little book image) I had some ideas on what to use it for but never got around to making them.

It should show their head and their #a. Sure, some people don't know windstar is kirtis and weirdmani9 is JR, so maybe add #n. Then log someone on on the NPC Server's account every now and then, Stefan probably, but its signature would just be:
