I personally think the SysOps idea is bad. It's just a position to create more jeaoulsy... Anybody that wants to help can hang out in a help channel without special power or obligation.

I think the whole idea is kind of pointless, it might be in use by lots of people at first, but then die out. Just my opinion, but I could be wrong :P
