With other servers like Oasis and Gaia, and Mursamune that are all coming up, the skilled people will only want to join with you if they know that the server will be able to compete with the other great upcomming servers.

People on graal are hard to impress, you wont be able to do it just by talking, you'll have to show screenshots.

I read everything you said, and I get the impression your trying to discourage me by "telling me the facts". I'm not trying to impress people, and if i have to go through the trouble of making someone 100% satisfied with my work then to be honest with you, I dont want them working for me. People like that expect too much, and that's more than I have to offer right now. I'm only trying to find people who are willing to take a little time to make something to be proud of themselves for, not to make something to impress other people.

But if you don't have something that impresses people, either your server won't pass the reviews and get online, or even if it does no one will want to play it if it doesn't impress them

I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm the PW Reviewer, I'm not suppose to be mean like that =P

I'm just saying that it will be hard to find good help. They want to know that your server will be able to compete with the upcoming servers, such as Oasis and 2230.

Compete? This shouldn't be a competition. Ever. Personally I'll take a server that is fun but craptastic like Elven Lands was, etc over a server with a million npc's and kickass levels but no fun. Everyone has different tastes and that is why we have different servers. If we start saying "oh it needs to have all this stuff yada yada yada and needs to look like oasis or 2230 or 2k2" then we're gonna have a bunch of servers, but all intrinsically the same. Pointless.

what makes you so sure that 2230 and Oasis will not be fun.
