Hello everyone! I'm looking for staff for my server "Three Islands". It has a breath-taking storyline being written, a great new look and feel to graal, as well as a new, interesting environment where there's something to always keep you busy. Currently I am searching for the following:

Level Designers, who are willing to work with new tiles, and who can work fast and precise.

Graphical Designers, who are able to do big projects without hesitation, and who can accomplish their assignments within our deadlines.

NPC Scripters, that have the potential to change graal forever with their work if they wanted to, and that can make high quality scripts precise to our requests.

and finally,

Sound Effects Artists, who require just enough skill to make basic sounds, however, the more skill they hold, the better!

You don't read these forums very often, do you?

If you want to even have a chance of getting some GOOD help, you'll need to show off some stuff and make the good workers want to help you.

Nearly all of the people that are really good, are working on servers already. They don't want to work for a server unless they know for sure it has a chance of going up.

Well now that ive waited about a week to gather some posts, and youve had some time to discourage me in any way possable im back to see what i can see :) You all have a very negative aspect on things, and thats not very attractive... Actually I've done a lot for servers ive worked on, and owned in the past. I had a server that had around 3000 levels, and i had done nearly 2000 of them myself, with most of the npcs and graphics made by myself. I'm working on a completely new tile set, new body/head styles, and much more. Now, does that answer your question?

I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm telling you the facts. Good help is very hard to get. With other servers like Oasis and Gaia, and Mursamune that are all coming up, the skilled people will only want to join with you if they know that the server will be able to compete with the other great upcomming servers.

People on graal are hard to impress, you wont be able to do it just by talking, you'll have to show screenshots.
