That level is severely lacking detail. I know very few sections, let alone whole areas, of rivers/creeks that are 100% straight. :X
Plus, there are a lot of tile errors in the water.


Also, in regards to the second version of that level, with the midified tileset; While midified tilesets can give spark to a level, with new looking trees and other things, it still doesn't work right if there is detail lacking.
Use some snow grass tiles in clumps, rather than spread out across the level, and if you really need to, use some predefined objects.

tile errors on the water?
Well i guess people stopped doing that...
I don't think those are tile errors I really think it gives more of a style to the level and also think it looks good.

And I just wanted to show that tileset mroe than making the level better, lol

Thats defenitely more of a style

people got their own styles, some put grass tiles in clumps other don'T

Tile errers is water,and in cliff bit but some of the gfx are ok like mushrooms and stones=)

my only particular suggestions would be more detail and less straightness in the water edges...make em zig and zag more, it looks unnatural
