I am a miner and rock thievery is annoying. How about this, as long as you are in the mining level the rocks will be yours, but if you leave the level, after a few minutes, the rocks will go to no owner. Other's can mine on the rocks but whenever it gets down to the last hit only the owner can hit it to take the rock. And, for bombing rocks for your friends, simply make the mining bomb tradeable.

1. I don't have fireball or bogen
2. I usually don't have alot of bombs
3. I can let them get 1 or 2, if they ask, they can get those without a fight, usually
4. I can't let them take all my rocks, sometimes I bomb 8, thieves come, I end up with 3

I'm one of the few devoted miners on Graal and I have never stolen rocks.

But I am completely against giving owner tags to rocks. If you don't want people stealing them, fight them off. If we give them tags, it firstly makes no sense, and it secondly prohibits you from mining with your friends. And that's just lame.

Well it would be a good idea if they went unknown, but what if the player got disconnect and had to restart his computer? then someone would just steal his rocks!
I dotn really care though, its only 5g per bomb

O_o, okay, I don't see why you'd have to restart your whole computer just cause Graal got disconnected. However, your rocks are going to be stolen anyway if that happens, the person who sees them may have not even thought they were stealing them (they'd think they were abandonned rocks).

make the bombing area bigger so 3 ppl can bomb the same place and if u leave the lvl/log off the rocks bcome disowned also if u stand paused for 2 long they get un owned. it should b a no PK zone like every other working place

Yes, rock stealing is a problem, people won't reupgrade if you can't make decent money from imining because people steal rocks.

If you are going to stat something like this, please provide an Idea that actually works. Rock Tags would be abused it they never went away, things like the crafting tags wouldn't work because you can only mine one rock at a time and there are 7-9 rocks to axe. Here's a system I came up with in about 10 minutes.
The person who bombed the rocks out of the wall would get ownership to the rocks in which the person with ownership would get all rocks axed out of the rock. BUT to maintian this ownership this person would have to fire their axe and connect with a rock every ten seconds(basically the person would have to continue mining their rocks to keep it alive). If the person loses this protection by not mining, the rocks lose their protection and it would be like it is now, whoever completes the rock gets the mineral.

Hey it might not be a good system, but it is better than what Googi sugested, which would easily be abused.
