New Gang Base

I think I speak for more than just myself when I say that the darkness in the new gang base is annoying.

The idea itself isn't a bad one, but having to go through the darkness all the way to the basement to get a TEMPORARY pair of NVGs just doesn't make for good raiding. It makes the basement more important than the actual control point.

Personally I'm done raiding until the Night Vision Goggle situation is remedied.

I say we should be able to buy permanent NVGs (or, you know... make the EC item work in the gang base.)
