Sometimes, a bank can take a long time to follow up examining its records or investigating fraud. If criminals aren't caught until six months, sometimes years after their crimes, does that make the police stupid?

EUROCENTER is unixmad's place of work. The place he is CEO of, I think, or just the building which houses the Cyberjouer business. I'm not sure.

The credit card listing for
"PARIS FRANCE, EUROCENTER" is the transaction for a Graal 2001 account. If people closed their creditcards after seeing such an odd listing, that's why it's been disabled.
However, in BirdBird's case, I'm not sure why it showed up repeatedly. Also, I suggest unixmad gets a paybox system that is:
A. secure, so things like this don't happen
B. in ENGLISH, SO PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON.
C. Has a more descriptive listing than "PARIS FRANCE, EUROCENTER." Perhaps "Eurocenter - Graal 2001 - Account Upgrade, (amount of months)", or something like that.

I don't know whats going on, nor do I want it to happen to my account. So I told my mom whats going on and she is going to contact a friend of hers (who is a lawyer) and he is going to check in to this. I will have news within a week.

Half the people that this has happened to will probably quit by then.

There are many ways to refund money:
When you buy something with credit
card then you can go to the bank and
cancel the transaction, the bank can
cancel transactions too. We don't get much more
informations than '215 euro transferred to
your account, transaction number xxx'
(paybox gives us the transaction number too
so we know for which Graal account the transaction is)
Then sometimes later the bank says
'transaction xxx has been canceled, the money
needed to be transferred back to the credit
card owner'.
There is not much we or anyone could make
wrong. The only thing that we are doing now
is cancelling the accounts where the transactions
have been cancelled.

Even if the card was canceled , it wouldnt matter about the account since it was already paid for.

The most likely reason for the transaction to be canceled is because of how undescriptive it is on the credit card bill. When the cardholder of my family obtained the bill, they were going to cancel the transaction and maybe even the creditcard after seeing a charge for "PARIS". I have a feeling many people cancelled transactions like this one, mainly because of how cryptic it appears. I highly reccomend you make the paybox more descriptive, and perhaps even make the confirmation in English.

Yes would be better to speak with the owner of
the credit card before using it for the upgrade
The company is Linux Cyberjoueurs,
unixmads old company is Eurocenter
(don't ask me about internal company stuff),
both located in Paris
