Stefan when i try to go on graal it says my account was disabled because of credit card problems! What does that mean! how can i fix it?:( :confused:

i have had that account since feb and now it thinks i am? anyway it was a real credit card i dont think my dad uses fakes.

Yes, If you borrowed it from someone or got a number from someone on the net It may have been stolen. Also, if it was your parents or yours maybe you didnt put enough money in the account?

I paid and the money was deducted from my card.. if mine gets cut off because of cc fraud, stefan has some explainin' to do :D

My dad logs everything with his CC so if mine is cut for fraud it would last all of ten minutes (I checked money was deducted)

We receive reports from the bank when credit cards transactions have been contested.

Then check with your parents or with your bank to known why you have contested the transaction.

so sad :(

Mako, the bugs admin had his account disabled, and he didn't take the money back..

i think in the next few days graal2001 will go from 95 + people to less than 50.

i dont care about your excusses!!!! i just want it fixed! if the visa comercials are wrong then i will su them later but if it can be for graal then why is it a fraud?!?!?! my parents credit card bill has the payment for the account and they payed it and i payed them 20$ so if your not going to get it fixed then i want my 20$ back!!! i payed for a year account not half a year then disabled cause your stupid bank is filled with retards!!!!!

The world isn't perfect, SUPAR SAYIN boy. Things happen that can't be fixed immediately, so sit down, calm down, and wait for the problems to be fixed. Also, a year account is $27. Maybe if you paid $20, that's the reason why it doesn't work? Because you paid 7 dollars too little?

Then...Calm down and let them handle the problem. Scan or simply copy the bills from your parents' credit card and mail them or email them to unixmad or Cyberjouer, and the problem should be fixed once they get the email and tell the bank that it wasn't fraud. PROBLEM SOLVED, now stop whining.

Or they give you nothing at all and you never play graal again.
For one, I doubt you would get all your money back because you have already used the account for I assume quite a while, so I don't think you're entitled to a full refund.. and you sure aren't getting all the items in the game. :rolleyes:

My Birdbird_0 Account was disabled for the same reson,

First off, In March, my Joint account with my father and I purchased a 1 year subscrition via Visa Cretit card, the money was deducted from the card imetatly, and My father has already payed off the Visa bill a long time ago, what I am asking, what is the problem? You already got your money, and that card is NOT a fruad, Do I have to Visa and get a history on this or somthing? If you Disabled Birdbird_0 for "Creit Card Problems" please, by all means Disable Birdbird_02 and AllThatJazz for the same reson of using a legal cretit card that has already been payed for out of my dad's hands, not some stolen card? I know these things take time, so I will wait a day or two, if nothing happens than, I will be forced to take Legal Actions, but, I do not want to for a mesly 30 dollers, Well, I hope you take a good look at this and tell me Exsactly how my Visa card has "Problems"

i'm am using my friends account, it says the same thing, almost alot of ppls are... the thing is, what happend to cause this in the first place.

the banks wouldn't do this so late recently when g2k1 accounts have been in use for about over 6 months

Does anyone know SilverAngel? He made the FateKnight_2001 account for me.. Chances are he used a fake CC or something.

He did it because I supported his guild. Funny, eh? :D
