Ok that takes care of the house level...what about the items that were in it? Do you honestly think the staff will allow those items to return with the house level that you select to revive? You would pretty much need some type of script that keeps a tab on what items are in who's house.

If the level is never removed, just the link to it, the items would never disappear to begin with...

I think its good that those old items slowly vanish, seriously.

People who say that they shouldnt are really just and plainly greedy, shame on you.

If someone wants his items to die, its his thing, and not yours.

It's not that I want these items. People who want the items to dies are just plain greedy.... Shame on you. That means they want there item to become rare, so they can get something good out of it, or sell it for mass USD later.

I had an IFS... what did I do with it??? I gave it away in an event... HTF is that greedy?

What a loss, you've got my condolence.

There are like 1000 different Event Weapons in this game, and there will always come more.. so where is the Problem?

Its your decision to give away your weapon in an event, seriously

Yea, there's nothing like blanketing every person who's ever had a house collapse into a group of "greedy" players.

More seriously - my house on Dustari is probably either GOING to collapse or is ABOUT to. Someone want to fix that for me?

Because nobody wants to play a game where any effective item is rare. That is one reason newer players stop playing this game. They shouldn't have to work so hard to aquire effective items. Yes some items should be rare... but not all items should be.

There is no balance between items... there is either easy craftable or Rare cause most the other items disappeared in houses.

And thats not the fault of missmanagement, but houses who dont spit out their rare items?

The items they will be spitting out won't be rare.(maybe a few rares but probably not many) They will be common items. If they didn't spit out thes common items... the common items will eventually become rare. My idea will keep more of a balance of common and rare items.

Management is not going to change... at least for a while. So something has to change to get newer players interested.

**Edit**
Take ice dagger for example. I have 4 in my chest at home. If i was to quit, get banned, or my comp blew up, and i had no access to gk. There are 4 ice daggers deleted from server. If the items appeared when the house fell... Ice daggers would not be deleted, keeping them around 20-30 dias. They would not rise back up to 150-200 near as fast.

And also because it creates an unintended advantage for some.

Example: So there's only 3 ice axes right now on GK, right?
If I keep my iceaxe and stay active, but the other 2 owners become inactive and their iceaxe gets destroyed with their homes, doesn't that make mine more valuable since it's the only one in the game?
As much as my personal greed tells me that this is good, my fair judgement says that this should NOT happen.
