era was mostly done online I believe, well.. when I worked there they had doors, shotgun, and radio scripted.. then before I quit they had some new guns and such

Um, did you know that most internet plans you pay by the month not the minute? Most consumers buy the unlimited access which means if they are on 24/7, they're aren't gonna take a hit for it. If you're paying by the hour or something, you're getting seriously screwed!

If koni saids he amkes so little moeny then why does he stay online 24/7 ?how could he go to work when hes always online?if he is idling then why is he wasting electrcity?oasis is been in development for 1-2 years now.follow the pattern and you'll see what will happen to oasis k?

I have a suggestion. You seem to be a graal player. This means, you play what we develope. With this said...you shouldn't post here because stupidity like that is said.

Well anyway, one thing you don't have correct. Oasis was not around 2 years ago...not even 1 year ago. I believe 7 months ago was when it began...no I am not keeping track, I just have a good memory. 7 months is...5 months lower then 1 year. Thats almost half of one year, meaning you are way off...so I would take my above advice.

Oasis is already online...hmm...already has months of work into...hmm...a few staff...why doesn't konidias just abandon all his work?! Sounds like a good idea to me! <sarcasm>.

Years ago I was making a Pokemon Online game. After a long time in development, I cancelled the project, because I didn't want to waste any more time working on it, since it was using copyrighted material, and Nintendo would have shut it down as soon as it went online.

I actually got far enough along to have a private online beta test with about 11 people. The graphics were highly revised versions of the gameboy graphics, and there was quite a large fanbase supporting the game. Sadly, it never made it public, but I still have all of the work I did on it stored away on some CDs.

ANYWAY, about my computer being on. You waste less energy leaving your computer running, then you do by turning it on and off. I rarely ever turn off my computer, so the energy is consistent. The energy bill isn't sky high, because I turn off lights in my house when they aren't in use, and do all that other energy saving stuff.

It's not impossible to live on a tight income yet manage to have a cable internet connection. The house I live in is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, with a guest room thingy that we turned into a living room, and a living room that we turned into my sisters room. Being "spoiled" would be getting new video games every week, new clothes every week, always having food in the house, etc. Anyway, this has gone way off topic. :|

I cant belive im going to say this, But WarCaptain is right. Alot of Era was scripted Offline. Since all the three owners. We're used to making scripts online it wasnt hard. But then once Online we slowly added all the stuff.
