This royally pissed me off, considering both IceHawk and James had none. Either he is sexist and chauvinistic, or he just does not like me (even though I did not even know him at the time).

I hate to say this, but when Mr. Bear had his position, he did a better job with hiring/firing.

So now stefan gets like 3123982098317310 pw's and what does he have to do with them??? send them to a pw tester...? NO SIR! cause he don't know anymore who are pw testers and who are not!
Stefan if you read this please stop these things, and fire Genmo cuse to be honest...What has he ever done since he got is job? And remove Nightlord from some departments

Have one PW Reviewer. They post all the playerworlds in a zip on a website. Everyone can access that website and they can vote on how much they like it. You can only vote once. The ones that get enough votes are reviewed by the PW Reviewer. Then if they pass that test they get sent to Stefan.

That should be the whole PW Management Team

( this is just my idea, doesn't mean it is going to happen nor the way you might like it, it's just an opinion )

It's a nice idea, but people are thiefs and would steal the scripting.

That's stupid, every server deserves a fair chance at passing. People could just get all their friends to vote. It'd be corrupt like everything else on graal.

The Vipe and TrueHeat were doing a very good job. They were fair when they tested and did what they were supposed to. I hate all these high powered people who are firing for the fun of it and replacing them with no experience idiots!

Yes, I only managed a playerworld for 2 months.
You get experience by doing your job, there IS NO other way.
I spend about 2-3 hours on Graal helping people with accounts and such; then I answer all the e-mails then take care of forum complaints and other things. I don't understand why you IMed me on AIM telling me congratulations on my spot if you didn't even think I should have it in the first place.

Genmo had 5 months to get his act together, and didn't. I think 5 months of no activity is enough time to fire someone.

Genmo has had RC for about 6 months now, and as far as I can tell, he has done no work at all. Stefan even said that he received not a single PW review, and would've fired him, if it wasn't for the worst decision Nightlord ever made. Please, for the good of Graal, remove this idiot (Genmo) from power, and never hire him again. Then, remove Nightlord from the PW management, and don't let him interfere with work in this department ever again.

I have like 3 logs, and 2 screenshots that should get Genmo fired.. 2 of which break the License Agreement things, and 3 logs..
