Well could someone look into the fact why I can't log into the control panel thing??

Exactly, well alot of trial members + phone = Annoyance. Needs either a specific account admin (which im sure alot of the paid members may prefer to a script) or other people who are globals with the ability to edit accounts too.

Nothing takes the place of an actual person to go to for help...as in real life, it is quite aggrivating to call someone to get help on something, and get all automated bull-crap. I am all for modern technology, but lets not get carried away =(

If i were you, i'd just stick with Forum pm's and E-mail....I hate giving my AIM away.

Back to the point of the thread...I agree with Moonie on this one...A real person instead of automated crap would always be better. Because there is a lot less chance of something going wrong.
