It certainly does. Somewhere in the core of your argument near "I would do a better job than everyone before me" lies the argument "The current Global Staff are not doing a good enough job with such things".

I won't even bother pointing out the fallacies involved in the first one, but the second one is simply untrue for reasons explained in my previous post.
