Strange Head Transparency Problem

Last night I began constructing my outfit for the Demigod family, and I ran into some very odd problems with the head. The only 3 colors in the head are black (0, 0, 0), white (255, 255, 255) and light gray (192, 192 192). The first transparency value I attempted was salmon (255, 128, 128). That color is not even close to any of the others. I set the transparency successfully, got it uploaded on Delteria, and when I set my head, it came up fine for about 5 seconds, but then the white on the head became transparent. I got it uploaded on other servers, and once again it has the odd transparency problem. I then set the transparency to what it is now, sea green (128, 255, 128). Same problem. Yes, I did delete the head from my heads folder several times to refresh the cache, but it is still the same? What is wrong here? I'll attach the head file.
