Chris is a smart fellow. I'm assuming he wouldn't assume the only way to reach such a goal is to set every kingdom to "enemy" mode.

Well, of course not. I just was presenting the idea, that if Forest ever went to war with the other kingdoms, Dustaris old treaty would stop us from doing much.
