I am almost always on AIM.
I check my forum PMs at least 25 times a day.
I check my e-mail every 60 seconds (literally.).

No excuse for not looking, there is a whole thread with global contact info.

Usally when you go to find global staff, they take forever to respond. Just an observation.

Keep in mind that people do have real lives, and that very few, if any, positions are anything more than volunteer.
