I hate GMAPS!

I'm currently trying to create a new overworld for the server i work on, and the levels dont seem to connect or the GMAP doesn't work altogether.

i've uploaded all the levels and the gmap.
I've fixed the server options.
i've added if (created) loadmap mapname; into -system weapon.

And the GMAP still doesn't work.

Anyone have any idea why?

Post the gmap maybe there is a problem in that ?

I think it's fixed now...

seems that i needed to put it in levels/ instead of levels/Overworld, even though the folder configuration accepts it

I don't get Gmaps very well... Then again I haven't looked into them much... I can hardly get by with regular maps @_@;

GMAPs are good and bad in some way. Good for projectiles through levels, but then again it kinda sucks when someone updates the level and people go to the same spot, that causes chaos xD!

or when you add a sign, it goes all over the gmap and you have to use setshape for a sign,

Yeah, that is pretty true. I would rather stick to mapping levels with a text document, that is so much better.

gmaps are working fine with almost everything but deprecated practices

No, that's if you update the level through RC. If you go to the level itself and use update level then it works fine. :O
