Ugh! See, the problem with these kids being able to buy servers whenever they want is that barely any of them pre-plan before buying the server... It's a complete waste of server time... and MONEY! You can do the majority of the graphics and levels work without a server... Then when you get the server, you piece everthing together and top it off with scripts

I agree heartily, although I have no solution to provide, so I'm just going to sit here nodding my head
I would say go back to the method of accepting PWs only if they have so much completed among other requirements. But, one could argue that you need an npcserver to test certain things... Oh hell, if you need to test things get a job on a current server and figure out what you're doing before trying to make your own server. You don't have to test [i]every[i] script, just make an outline of your server then submit. When(if) it is accepted, then you can debug things... Oh, look, I provided a solution, I'll just remove the thing I said earlier... whoops
