But wait.. If you upgrade your account, then later have someone else upgrade it, Wont both of you have paypal reciepts? How do you prove to which person the account belongs to? (From an accounts manger point of view..)

I *think* it goes by the last person to pay... not 100% sure though

I think you are not supposed to pay for others, but just send them money to do so

If an account is in dispute it will always revert back to the original owner of the account and not who upgraded it. Who upgrades the account has no effect on who owns the account, whoever made the account is whom it belongs too. As you know or should know it is illegal to "give away" or transfer an account, it always has been. Regardless of what may or may not have been done in the past by past Admins, this is the rule and how it will be done. Unixmad only discourages upgrading by someone else who does not own the account because of the risk factor involved. Just because you have the password at the time of upgrade for that purpose does not constitute "account sharing". But I also comment on how that should be handled in a previous post. Proof of ownership is also done by the info that comes off the account confirmation you get from Graal when the account is made. So I suggest you keep this email in a safe place and always print it out ,along with keeping a file copy of it also. (text or email format)

Status update!

Well, Karsh's got a total of $10 now (9 after paypal deducted its fees), so we just need another $11 (so it'll end up being 10 after the fees) in order to upgrade him.

Nah, I only type stupid like that when I'm messing around. If I ever typed in acronyms seriously, it would be because I'm busy with something and need to hurry up typing.
