If you'll note in the second thread (really the first... it was there before this one... someone isn't very observant ), I said I just made Norton ignore the file. You can do the same.

Options > Auto-Protect > Exclusions
Click "New...", then type in GraalDir\Graal.exe. If you use 3.0... just do the same thing, but with Graal3.exe, obviously. You also need to do it to the "Manual Scan" section if you run full system scans, or scans of the Graal folder regularly. (Oh, and I'm using Norton 2004)

As for the firewall... if you're using Norton's firewall, it can be configured to work with Graal, if you know what to do. It's a bit lengthy to explain, and I already have in a thread before... so I'm not going to now.
