I know exactly who you are talking about and I have already said something about his "tactics" to those in charge as well as I have had arguements of my own with this "person". This is NOT the image I think we need to portray and not helping our cause by the way he does things. BUT in his defense I do believe he means well but acts more like a bull in a china shop most of the time.
