The Most Important Duties

Well, my priorities are like this:

1) Developing items, revamping island and such.
2)Assigning ranks/rights.
3)Recruiting through a somewhat complex RP test.
4)Maintaining my recruits (includes holding events) and moderating their behavior (also on forums.)
5)Having no negative relations in my diplomacy.
