Sorry to say but that in my humble opinion most of these are pretty lame villains.

I guess I think the best game villain is... uh... Amakusa Shiro Tokisada! Yeah, that's a good one.

No FF weapon was a villain, just an enemy. They had no malicious intents nor were they important factors of the story (for the most part.)
