The jobs are not only related but overlap, there should be no reason he wouldn't allow Chris to remain GGT.

With the shear amount of PWs there are now with new ones still popping up, it's hard for me to imagine there being much spare time left when doing your duties as a PWA. He excluded them for them being used for a review. But Spark will have to answer all these questions arisen here when he gets time.
