Yes rotating and displaying 3D objects and such stuff
would be simple to make, the only problem
is that people could use it for more than just
graphical things (like lights) so people which cannot
see the 3D effects would be unhappy,

or the npc would just not rotate which wouldn't
be good if you make something like a cannon.
