Yessir. 5 people decide to start mocking Chemical. Of course, since I'm the only moderator on at the time, I ask everyone nicely to stop arguing about it. I then have to close the thread until I can give my little lecture to the responsible people. Of course, I'm a bit frightened to go on ICQ now, because I'm afraid I'm going to get 50,000 ICQ messages from all 6 (Ahem) participents with enough profanities to fill a boat. Sheesh people, I CANNOT

A) Delete 5 pages full of insults against someone in 14 seconds.
B) Ban people, I don't have high enough moderator access.
C) Re-open closed threads, because it won't let me because it hates me.

I don't know why I even STAY here anymore. I can't step 3 feet without someone arguing. I swear some of the people here were created for the soul purpose to make that little vein in my forehead twitch. I've had it.

Find someone who you think would make a good person to take your place and see if they want it...simple solution..

For a good moderator you need a person who will not take sides, who will not put up with flaming or people ruining threads, a person who does not post just reads........

Or maybe someone who is strict and doesnt put up with fighting..maybe if there is a punishment there wont be that many fights...

He couldn't get on for some problem or something. And when he became moderator he was always on. Now he's gone? Post count doesn't matter either. He has less posts, that means he isn't going to start arguments with people or spam or stuff like that, then delete and close threads with spam and arguing contradicting themselves.

He wasn't on all day, more like 1 hour, I only saw him on about once, and I was on the forums about 7 hours that day.

But look at how he is. He starts fishing, and he kept fishing forever. Then kept mining non-stop. He's the kind of person who won't stop doing something. If he were made moderator again, he would most likely moderate all the time.
