you are saying you got the cloak as an event prize? its still a cloak, stefan said girdles(with the exception of event/easter ones), bracers(same as girdles, not counting the ones james evented off which I'm thinking is still 'illegal'), and cloaks would be reserved for future quest prizes, so in short, these items should have never been known to the public |
