Where in the heck is the second phase of PW buying

Well its been a one week brake from the first phase so where in the hell is the second

.....he promised a week after....I WANT TO BUY A SERVER!!!!! AHHHHHH

Anyway the problem is they run into problems, I wouldn't announce anything until I knew it was fully working.

Anyway, what most people are forgetting, is, its just that! An annoucment. His annoucment could say, im sure it wont, but it could say it will begin in 6months after the free PWs have had their free online period. The service may not open when he posts, hes only telling us details.
