If they press charges against Nem for this. Its understandable, but what about EVERYONE else that break the agreement you sign when you make graal accounts. Example, sharing accounts,using third party programs, "hacking" servers, deleting entire servers by stealing RCs, etc.. Those are all against that contract, are they not? I don't see graal suing those people.

Difference is he was faxed an agreement and a disclosure to sign, some of which states any damage to the game he creates can be held accountable for in a court of law, in other words sued for breach of contract. He was not given any powers till this was signed and sent back. There is a slight difference in your signature on a document than hitting an " I agree" button. Downside is Graal will have to prove damage to the Game UNLESS they go after him for breach of contract, this they can get monetary damages for.

All they have to do is prove he violated the terms of the contract, which would not be too hard to do under the circumstances. But this is quite costly because they are in France and Marc is in the USA so to weigh it out it doesn't seem cost effective to prosecute Marc. There was no real damage done to Graal just an inconvenice to some, unless Unixmad wants to make an example of him by doing it.

Well, I just don't think that having a 38 year old woman with 2 children willing to do such things over a phone with someone from Graal who's almost 20 years younger than her and taping it is a good or responsible thing for a person to do. Especially a GP Chief. But it's your judgement, I'm just going by what I've heard.

And i agree, these things happen all over the world, be it between a boss and an employer, actor and actress, does anyone really care except to get the *scoop* on the story and make a fast buck and put someone to shame?
Marc is my friend, i've known him since i was FAQ Chief, ive talked to him also, and i'm sad for what has happened, he didnt deserve this, and he snapped, but as i said before, we are all human, we all have the ability to be pushed to far and react, god knows i have.
Ive been sexually harrassed,abused,lied to, stabbed in the back, and ok, i would never go so far as to abuse my power because of this, but im saying we each react differently.
It's over, finished, Marc's Graal life is over and i hope he can somehow move on , Graal is back to normal.Another day dawns.

I had her Global banned for the same thing with minors on the Game but she talked Unixmad in letting her back on the Game. Moonie and I are not to say on her "party list" of social friends since we are the ones that spearheaded her banning in the first place, that was about a year ago.

The servers will soon need to be paid for, so I'm assuming he could care less once the playerworld renting goes into full effect.
The other offenses are bannable. There's no reason to press charges if it's sharing accounts. The court fees would cost more than they got in return. -_-

Tifa, I mean no disrespect towards you, but Knightress taped those, and how do you think they got on the net, by accident? They had to of left her hands to someone elses, and Knightress isnt stupid, she didnt care what the consiquinces were....the point is, what was the reason behind doing it to begin with? What was she trying to prove by allowing it to become a graal issue because the links were being spread by mass messages on all the servers (afterall it was between 2 consenting adults)....what she did, she did out of spite, and she will go after anyone who crosses her...this is the side I know of her very well...Maybe she does do her job well, who knows....but dont ever cross her. Revenge eats up her insides until she finishes off the person she thinks did her wrong, I am on that end now, I should know....and obviously so was Nemesis. I am sorry if I offended you in any way by what I said.

It shouldnt have been graal related, and wasnt until someone decided to spread the links all over graal, and whether Knightress did it herself, or had someone else do it, or even gave them to someone else that allowed this to happen...she is the cause of it being spread everywhere on graal.

If your the same anU who I'm thinking of, the one who plays kingdoms a lot with the account anUk or something like that and spent $150-$200 on a couple kingdoms items, than you need to take a look at yourself before you start talking **** about other people. If your not the same one than if your old enough to legally goto a kegger than you shouldn't be playing graal.

Personally, I listened to them for several reasons:
1) To see if it was actually Nemesis, and Knightress
2) To see how bad it was
3) To see who instigated it

It was a setup, nothing more
Knightress getting back at someone who pissed her off

Good point, but the problem was solved, nemesis was fired, he quit or whatever. All accounts were restored, whats the reason too not forbid discussion of this issue if Its been done?

ANd NO Kishara(Angela) did NOT infact get on his account thank-you very much! They live in seperate states and she hasn't been to his house lately that I'm aware of (I talk to them reguarly). The Global IP overwrites local IP's, so it's pointless to set his IP, and it's sad I must say that this has happened :'(

I had just got word that M1nt and Inzane had released the last 2 clips of the Nemesis call. These are said to be the worst of them all. Anyone who has talked to M1nt knew that there were a couple of unreleased ones.
