We have been a guild for a while and we are not very powerfull is there any 1 who can change our guild out there to be more organized more powerfull and more of a team!

I can do that....if I get health insurance with the job.....why health insurance? Well...if Mr Bear were to see that pic in my sig....I got a feeling I'd need it....
