I already have everything, it's not like I would give myself items or anything crazy like that. I am waiting to see though, if what Excal said is true about Tyhm hiring administrators (given permission by unixmad).

About getting rid of the scammers... Well, i once read something about discrimination that has something relevant.

Company A doesn't hires a genius softwareprogrammer because he's black. The porgrammer then gets hired by Company B. Eventually, Company B will push Company A out of the market because of superior staff.

Now, what to do? Easy. Whenever someone masses "I'm selling 10 diamonds!" tell him "i would watch out for <scammer who is online>, if i were you i wouldn't trade with him/her." Eventually, these scammers get so sick about not being able to trade, that they probably first try to become "good". Or quit the game

Too much work, I suppose... check all the scammers onnline, or using a list of them... fake warnings... etc, all adds up - there should be some way to see whether a player is experienced/smart enough to use safetrade and trading tables, no matter what the other one says...
