Account Stolen: Need Help (urgent)

I need my email changed (of my account), please.
Someone stole my account password and I need the email changed. It was JellyFish that stole it. Dunno how, he said he decrypted it but I really dunno how.

Please Stefan/Unix/Agelaos/Lyndzey, I need my email changed because the current one does not belong to me anymore. The current one is: [email protected]

I need it changed to [email protected]

That sucks man.. But if you e-mail [email protected] she usually responds fast.. I hope you get everything fixed.

e-mail her a copy of the paypal receipt and she'll change it.

I doubt he will need that. As he has posted on here to prove it is him. And if your about to say thats JF who wants a password change, why would he? It would only mean he'd have to get it again.

I've seen him on for shot times. I think he still comes on every now and then for shot periods of times, but has fully left Maloria and most of graal.

I have changed it, although I dont know how I can be sure that the one who posted this thread is really CyberX... Normally you must email [email protected] to get the email assigned to the account changed, include the paypal info of the account upgrade so that we can be sure that you are the owner.

Angelaos was fired. It isnt smart to post the email you want it to be changed to x-x.

You could have checked the IP range of other posts he has made.

What do we if we need account p2p status transfered to another account? Is that allowed?

I asked Tyhm and he said no and all this bull. I asked Stefan, and he did it in 5 seconds.

Yeah. Stefan has switched my gold time before. I wasnt sure if they would do that though. Stefan seems to be the nice friendly guy

I didnt know Tyhm had the RC rights to change acount status.

Don't worry it's me. You may check the IP range if you want, Stefan. Anyway, the password of this forum account is completely different from the one of the Player account.

As I can see, You people don't know much about computers (besides Stefan seeing how he helped make graal and all) because looking at the ip can't help at all. If i wanted 2 (which i never do) i could make my ip be the same as stefan's. Thats why Stefan was right when he said send the pay pal info and all because checking IP's is not something that will help.

No, you cannot just set your IP to whatever you want and go online with that.

I suppose if he lived next door to Stefan and had the same ISP as him, he could get a dynamic IP that is relatively close, couldn't he?

Brazil .. ip starts with " 200"
atribuna.com.br <- Brazillian mail, that I saw he was using along time ago, also you have to pay(or know the people there) to have this mail.. so dont need to be any sherlock.. =) a brazillian hacker maybe (he said JellyFish, and hes not brazillian) ... thats another story =P

This isnt about CyberX's account being hacked by Jellyfish...but I was on kingdoms today and some guy named Sin said if I didnt give him some items,and money him and his friends would just steal them. I said how he said his friends JellyFish,M1nt,apez or something would all hack me...I see the name M1nt in Geno's account but I dont think Geno would do that he's my bud...

But next time please write to [email protected] or open a support ticket on support.graalonline.com, so we do it quickly.

About Gold time transfer it's clearly in the rules that we don't do it and Stefan is wrong when he is doing it, so I will ask Stefan to stop doing that.
