Although I could probably make the scripts I need, it would just be a burden to me, because they would be scripted badly and not as efficiently as they could be. I only script stuff when I know what I'm doing, and I know that it's not going to lag everyone to hell.

As for graphics people... I don't think any of us have truely reached the top of the mountain. Some people are just further along than others, whether it be from natural talent, or practice. I've only been drawing on computers for about 4 years or so, and it wasn't an everyday thing. I know I'm not the best artist/drawer/whatever. I'm definitely not as good at drawing lineart than some people here. Gonmon does terrific drawings, I've seen some darn good pixeling from a few people...

There's always going to be somebody that is better than you at something. You can't expect to be the greatest. Some scripter could come out of the blue and pick up Graal scripting in a couple months and rival that of Kaimetsu or Stefan's scripting abilities. Some people are just prodigies when it comes to stuff like that.

Any very well trained programmer that has already studied C/C++ and java script could pick it up within 3 weeks maximum and match up to a very awesome level.

They'd already master the main functions and understand behond belief how everything works that ties in with their programming abilities.
