Bomy lord hearts

I have a suggestion for Bomy lord hearts, if regular bomy hearts get you pets that are well, cute and you can ride one, why isn't there one for a bomy lord heart? Every other boss gives you somthing cool, so lets make a cool pet for the heart! I think one that could fly across oceans without a weight limit and can battle monsters. Something fast though, like a dragon! Please put any GOOD ideas below. Thanks!

I think we should have like a bird, kinda a rip off a chocobo! O_o, but it can fly! It'd be pretty cool lol. eheh. Or possibly this turtle like thing or fish like thing that can swim and walk, and you can ride it into deep water. If you ask me these would be great! I mean, I dont know what stefan was planning with the hearts, but who knows.

Indeed, this would be very nice to have... a turtle, you get it from a lost mother (turtle mother) that says the evil bomy lord ate some of her eggs, and if you give her the heart, she will give you a egg.. once the turle is a child, it will be a regular pet, when it is big, you can ride on it on the sea, over deep water.. you can also ride on it on land, but it will be slow.. and when you ride on it it will lose life easier

Hm... I think in the tradition of the other lord parts the evil bomy lord part should be used to craft some kind of mail, shield, gloves or bracelets. I think such a pet would be quite a big deal to script, many gfx, and not really useful - why take a slow turtle to land if you can use fast horses? Deep water isn't that much of a disadvantage on boats...

Boats are slow and stupid, the tutle will be like the bomys once were on G2k1, and we discussed this on debug allready, so it will be made, íf someone makes the gfx

Once pets are fixed (such that you don't lose your horses for no good reason), you'll no longer be able to get them with Evil Bomy Hearts/Evil Bomy Hearts will be removed - you either have to slay the evil bomy lord to get a heart, or (more likely) deal with a Breeder. This is because NOBODY WANTS TO BUY A HORSE - too big a surplus kills the market. Complain if you like.

The reason for my comments is quite simple - it's my opinion about the subject. If you think it's always negative, then I can't help you. I just think, the turtle in the way it was proposed and I got the picture wouldn't be the best thing - you ride on a turtle to another island, okay, but can you take a horse with you? And will the turtle keep op once you're there? Just to point out a few things. Also, what's a discussion worth if everyone just agrees, yes, amen?`
Apart from that, I like Tyhms idea, it'd at least take care of the horse-overkill - every few steps you see a horse running free. Using bomy lord hearts would improve the situation once these free horses either died or were taken by someone. Also, there should be better ways to trade horses, which, as I think I heard, are being worked on.

Yeah. Drop a Leash on the pet to select it, then trade the leash to another player to swap your name entry and their name entry in the pet's owner file (you get 0% loved, they get 100% loved...)

Sounds like a good way to trade - some time there should be different horses, depending on breeding and luck. Different horses with different speed and sustenance would be a nice addition and give breeding a better perspective.

Horses should all be killed. Then make it so you need to buy a horse from a npc breeder or pay him less + bring him a evil bomy heart. Then, put a limit to how many horses can be sold.

I also think breeding is a bad idea and just makes more useless horses that do nothing.

Then make breeding harder, but leave horses as they are - they don't hurt, and 'wild' horses are a nice addition, too - maybe make it so that horses lose their name after 24 hours of being unpegged or so...
