no spam , just tell me what to add that might make it look better:
You want to remake everything? or you will use the normal bodies ganis using it?

If you wanna remake all that..

Dont begin drawing something like that from nothing..
Plan how you will make, all the parts like:
it needs to sit/die/walk..

if you be making any postions that you think at the end probably you forgot something or put something that didnt need..
What Im saying is that you need first a "newbie" caracter, like this graalnewbie caracter, so the other caracters you make on it..

Draw on paint, something simple, without any light color changes, or anything in special.. when you finish it.. you make in your brain a caracter running, walking, jumping, fishing, sitting,.. if you can make all that perfect.. now just fix position, well.. final art..

also plan if you will use any gani atribute, like "sword/hats/guns/shoes/helmet"... so you dont need to change everything when you finish all that.. the secret is to plan

about that image its alitlle bit big.. graal caracter has 64 pixels height I guess.. and try make it more fat "left/right" positions, or thin on "up,down" postions.

=)
