Apparently your system timer is wacked out like a home dawg on a barbecue. Usually this is caused by third-party software, so try disablin' all those things in your system tray before running Graal. It's certainly not a problem with the client itself, so there's no need to reinstall it again.
Since you have bought an account, I would assume that there was a point when the client actually worked? So what happened between it working and not working?
