and if indeed you play your character right, you'll have an outburst every now and then, sometimes less often, you can't control it, it's part of you, but not a part you can control.

An in-character outburst perhaps, but that's just good RPing. Going crazy, dropping out of character and swearing at stuff is, by contrast, bad RPing. If you can't refrain from doing so then you are a bad RPer.
