There are many items that players accumulate during regular gameplay, through quests, through sparring and events. In rare cases, these items can be inexplicably lost. Often, GraalOnline staff will have a record of these items and can trace the reason for the loss. If it is clear that the items was lost through neither the fault of the player or gameplay, or if the loss of the item creates imbalances in player power or gameplay, GraalOnline staff will try to replace the item. In cases where it is not directly evident that the items existed, or that the item wasn't lost through game play or a bug, GraalOnline staff will not replace or repair the items.
