Give the Dwarves a home!

Me and my fellow Dwarven Comrads in the Dwarven Assembly have come to the conclusion that we need a home. I propose a new kingdom! The Dwarves! If possible, we wish to inhabit one of the small island south of Bomboria. We could live in trees or caves on the island and do not require much from everyone. Please Stefan, give us Dwarves a place to belong

Why not? We do need more kingdoms, and I think everyone is for RPing... If I was in a dwarf kingdom I would RP all the time because Dwarves are awsome.

And the leader of Forest, who I think Dwarves should be part of... Said ONLY Elves allowed, so we have no place to go =*(

I never got into the kingdoms on 2k1... sorry, I would make this one from scratch... Im thinking, since it would be on main, have a cave where houses can be made... and a drill that would cost like 200 plat to use would be down there... so you could drill your home... it would take a lot of time and the drill would need coal for fuel along with paying the 200 plat. Then you would need logs to brace the cave to make it not collapse... and every once and a while you would need to replace the beams to keep it from collapsing. That is just one of the many ideas I have for this kingdom.

Well, since Elves and Dwarves live in the forest, and they can co-exist together, i'm sure it would be no problem. You will have to ask Chris though, since I no longer play GK. I just hang out, make levels, that kind of stuff. hehe I can make you a cave and give you a portion of the land to build your tree homes at.

Yes, more kingdoms shoudl have thee ability to rise, and islands should be able to be created for them, weatehr its a "tribe" or a kigndom it should be. should be just like clans i say, but this time, you make a clan, you get an island, however the graal fanbase needs to be increased, but still its a good idea =P

Well Zell, Chris seems to hate us Dwarves and said ONLY Elves can be in Forest. And if I turned SAMURAI, hint the name SAMURAI, into DWARVEN ASSEMBLY, there is a MAJOR difference and it would cause Stefan probably to get... disgruntled... but if you can get us a little cave place on Forest and we can just be a tribe or something and we get a global guild, I will be very happy .

It could be a good idea,

if it's combined with Forest, I'd recommend, unless you want to be hill dwarves, a nice interface like you said for making homes underground. Maybe a few entrances around the big mountain (does Forest have a big old mountain? Been a long time since I've been there), and place homes underground.

Or build homes that look like concealed entrances that go underground in the foothills, that would only require a different house graphic and a little digging code to keep it interesting.

I don't think dwarves are really the 'forest type' as for being in the woods themselves, they are not built for forestry.


As for RPing, new things can be a good idea to get more people actually interested in Rping. As it stands, people may be a little bored with the existing kingdoms, and when people get bored they walk around and see who's AFK they can kill.

I think it would get more people into kingdoms, not thin out the existing kingdoms, and that will mean more people will have to RP if they want to stay in. And if it's a decent RPing kingdom, the more to pressure there is to have other kingdoms RP, heck, if other kingdoms that are too lax don't shape up, they can be removed, and we won't be short on kingdoms.

Just don't have the we-are-uber-everything-dwarves. Better to have good miners, poor swimmers, who prefer not to have a navy may be good, play up the strengths and weaknesses, and you'll have decent people want to RP.

Go live in the underground tunnel and mines, and irritate people by killing them if they don't pay toll and demand your own kingdom to live, eventually you might get one, or just join a kingdom and !revolution! or invade one. And yes, people get bored of this kingdoms, it's all humans except forest, what is very irritating. We should get a race system on GK.

Yeah, race system would be nice.... Dwarves get +3Str, Orcs get +3 Dex, Elves get +1con and +2 power, umm... Humans get like 1 boost on everything... something like that would be nice, even though people would say +3 is to much... maybe +2 and humans dont get as much... but get +1 str, +1dex, and +2 int or something


and about Busy's post, yes, I would role play like that, i think a navy is stupid anyways lol. But I would definatly get people to RP and if they dont, Seeya.

I think before people jump into unneeded races. That the current classes should be improved, aswell as most other game play parts of Graal: Kingdoms. I might be typing up so major suggestion, changes, and improvements in the suggestions forums sooner or later.

Actually Boukon if you had some what of rp skill I wouldn't mind but coming to me with Alex pking me saying something similar to "dwarves own teh elves lel pwned" made me not even consider it. Then again there's a problem with tribes and stuff x.x If you recall, everytime there were different races or tribes on Forest bad stuff always happened like War or one dispatching from Forest taking half our members like Brad with the "Orcs." How many dwarves do you even have? So far I only see you and Alex does it occasionally for fun =/ Another issue is even if I do decide to make it happen, I don't trust you with rights in Forest...sorry ;'
I'd also prefer if your home wasn't on Forest either unless you can guarantee me you'd rp properly, follow the order of the elves since they are suppose to be their homeland and don't do anything stupid like rebel and start wars since Forest are suppose to be peaceful and knowing the pking ***** you could be sometimes...issues like this would arise at some point of time. So no, sorry Boukon. Oh and errm...as far as I know, the only reason you suddenly like dwarves is because of your hammer =P

Actually, Ive liked dwarves for a long time, no stupid magic crap with them, just good old fashion smash in the face with a weapon action... Plus I would RP, and you just dont realize it because I like to PK too, and since the only thing people lose is money, I dont see any harm in it... But if I must to get the dwarves, I will give up PKing.

Maybe the Races System Stats should be different then you suggest. All races get +1 and -1 stats, or +2 - 2 etc., except for humans who get no stats.
Elves: +1 Dex -1 Strength +1 Magic Regen -1 Con
Dwarves : +1 Strenth +1 Int -1 Charm -1 Wisdom
Orcs: +3 strength -3 Int.
Humans : + nothing - nothing
This can also have some stuff for the classes, barbarians would 'prolly be Orc or Human, mages/priests maybe elves, etc.

Chris, there wont be "tribes" or anything. Just give boukon all the rights, and he can edit he edit his own members, just letting him have the Forest tag for organization. He wont be a part of forest unless he wants to. e.e If he causes problems stefan will just fix it and thats that.

Yeah Chris, I may PK but I think Im very respectible in the other matters. Ive never scammed or done anything mean to others besides PKing... Im always nice to the people that are nice to me (unless i PK them) and I dont curse on tag and such... Heck, I dont even curse offtag there is no need for it. All I do is mess with people and have fun and PK... Im sortof harmless. And zell, do you want me to leave my old kingdom so you can add me and such?

Forest happens to be in the best state ever right now -_- I had 11 members on tag today and we had an rp event...I don't think I've EVER seen that x.x Not to mention all rped correctly with the exception of one who I removed minutes later. No, I refuse to give Boukon rights to manage his own little class using a Forest tag...that would ruin the good reputation of rping I'm developing for Forest. I don't care much about how strong my members are once they can rp well.

The main worry I have about allowing him to build a home on Forest is his pking and I don't take his word that he'll stop either. Even in a thread about Samurai he said that his way of rping is pking and like mentioned on the Forest forums...Forest is a peaceful land where blood will not be shed. I can see him starting war with us intentionally just to say something like "teh dwarves own teh elv0rz lel pwned." I don't trust him at all, he abuses bugs and is dishonest (example: How he got the Blood Ring in Konidias' event.)

Rping is not about war only -_- The event I held today was a feast and ceremony to the Gods with prize giving to good rpers. If he wants he could join Forest as a human or elf but not lead any outside tribes, sorry guy. Btw Bou, you aren't coming off ignore until you learn how to grow up ^_^

First off, I dont say lel... I say heh or lol... I do not mix them. Second off, that wasnt a bug... that was POOF on ground rings and WOOSH SNAG! I never abused any bug. i dont think classes are as much a factor as races really. Anywho if we just had more islands...conquorable ones, that people could take over and establish kingdoms, that would be nice =P heh
