Go do your job and find out. Better yet, the PWA's job. It was their job for the longest time now. Global Graphics Administration is pointless and if you want to feel special and upload global heads then do that. You don't need an entire god damn team to do it.
And as for you helping out Playerworlds. They hire staff to do it and shouldn't rely on other people for graphics. They manage their own playerworld. And again, they can ask players for help if they need it.
